How do you cover or would you like to cover Investment Banks and Financial Analysts?

• The "Investment Banks" and the "Financial Analysts" chapters are now comined into one chapter, which includes a discussion on the result of SEC investigations into analyst bias and investment bank incentives (Chapter 5 - Investment Banks and Securities Analysts).

Do you cover the “creditor” as a monitor of corporate governance?

• Now includes a discussion on the creditor as a monitor - how banks monitor the firms that they lend to (Chapter 6 - Creditors and Credit Rating Agencies)
